What began as a freelance architectural service has grown into an award-winning studio, delivering residential projects across London, Kent, Essex and surrounding areas.

Joel Gati is the founder of JNG Architectural Studio, an award-winning architectural practice specialising in residential design and planning.
After graduating in Architecture & Planning from UWE Bristol, including a year studying architecture in Paris, Joel gained experience working within architectural practices before an unexpected redundancy became the catalyst for starting something of his own.
In 2023, JNG Architectural Studio began with Joel taking on projects independently and building the business from the ground up. Since then, the studio has grown into a team delivering extensions, loft conversions, home transformations and residential developments across London, Essex and beyond.
Joel’s approach has always been simple: make architecture easier to understand, give clients clear and practical advice, and design homes that genuinely improve the way people live.
