Message for Joel / JNG Architectural Studio:

Hi Joel,

I just wanted to send a quick note to say how incredibly pleased I am with the drawings and all the work you’ve done for me. We went through three attempts to get everything exactly right, and you never hesitated — not even once. Even when I changed my mind about what I wanted after we’d already got to that stage, you were so helpful and accommodating.

That was two months ago now, and I’m still reaching out to you with questions — about planning, about who to contact, about Building Control — and you’ve never once made me feel like I’m asking too much. You always call me back exactly when you say you will, you’re always professional, courteous, and so kind. I even called you late on a Saturday once, and you were still so pleasant and honest with me about what you could and couldn’t do from the office at that time.

It’s been such a relief to work with someone so reliable and helpful. I’d give you 100% plus — absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, and still going. Thank you so much for everything, Joel.

Kind regards,
Christina

We worked with Joel on a winter garden extension for our home. Unlike a previous architect we’d used, Joel avoided several crucial mistakes and got the planning application right the first time. He was responsive throughout and kept us informed every step of the way. Really pleased with the outcome and would recommend him to anyone looking to extend.

I found JNG Architectural Studio research scrolling through social media as we were planning house renovations. I was very impressed by Joel’s presentation and the very detailed breakdown of processes and costings. Decided to take a chance and reach out. Very swift and professional response. We have been working with Joel for a few weeks now and I HIGHLY recommend his services. He is very thorough and able to bring other contractors on board. He also did very detailed drawings after site visit plus supported the planning application phase. Took a lot of pressure and anxiety off us. Happy to post more reviews as we progress with the project. I could not ask for better support.
